Cassie Roach, PMHNP-C, FNP-C

Cassandra “Cassie” Roach is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a special interest in mental health.

Cassie earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Neosho County Community College in 2019. She later completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University in 2023. She served as an LPN, and then as a Registered Nurse in the St. Luke’s KC Emergency Department. She has a certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with an upcoming certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PHMHNP).

With several years of experience, Cassie has provided compassionate care in both primary care and mental health settings. She previously practiced at Ashley Clinic in Chanute, Kansas. Her background includes caring for patients of all ages with a wide range of needs, including general health concerns, mental health conditions, and medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorders. Cassie is known for her warm, listening approach and for building strong, trusting relationships with her patients. She is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized mental health care in a supportive environment.
